Job summary

Owner.com seeks a Senior Associate, Product Analytics to shape the product roadmap with close collaboration to Product Managers, establishing opportunity sizing, tracking product effectiveness, and contributing to strategy and tactics. The role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

You will drive root-cause analysis, design analytics and AI-powered features, and influence roadmap decisions across product pods to positively impact customer growth and experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics, strategy, or ops in SaaS or startups.
• Strong quantitative skills with experience in product analytics.
• Built dashboards, tools or processes, not just decks.
• Root-cause analysis mindset; able to dive deep into problems.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shipping data-driven work.
• Experience with SaaS, marketplaces or high-growth startups is a plus.
• Restaurant industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence product planning roadmaps with impact sizing.
• Uncover product gaps and drive resolutions or ownership.
• Own analytics for your product pod and ship data products.
• Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects as priorities shift.
• Help grow customer sales and improve their experience.
