Job summary

Peek Travel Inc. is seeking a curious, data-driven Product Analyst to translate web analytics and AI-driven insights into business actions. You’ll partner with product, marketing, engineering, and finance to drive analytics initiatives and deliver actionable recommendations to our B2B SaaS customers.

You’ll analyze data across platforms, build dashboards, and help prioritize features that grow revenue and improve guest experiences. Remote-friendly, with global teammates.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience deriving insights from large, semi-structured datasets in a SaaS environment.
• 1-2 years of experience writing SQL against large and complex datasets.
• 1-2 years of experience with web/mobile analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Heap, Pendo).
• 1-2 years with analytics/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Experience with analytical databases (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) or transactional databases (Postgres, MySQL).
• Experience using generative AI/LLMs to streamline workflows and reporting.
• Clear communication to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and data-driven prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources to support analytics initiatives.
• Identify product opportunities and performance trends using appropriate techniques.
• Deliver custom data solutions with actionable recommendations for partners.
• Collaborate with data and software teams to support data warehouse growth and reliability.
• Prepare and deliver analytics projects with high quality and timeliness.
• Work with product, marketing, and success teams to enhance revenue via data insights.
• Support finance with data analysis for decision-making.
• Engage in analytics communities and share best practices.
• Experiment with AI tools to increase analysis efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
