Job summary

JobHire.AI is seeking a senior product-oriented leader to own end-to-end product development in a fully remote role. You will drive impact by measuring feature success, improving retention and UX, and integrating AI tools into production apps.

Collaborate directly with product, guide an agent-driven team, and own metrics and roadmap decisions. Ideal candidates bring a strong product ownership background, experience shipping features that move KPIs, and a deep understanding of modern web stacks

Qualifications

• English and Russian language proficiency.
• Strong background in product-driven companies; measure feature success and focus on retention, conversion, and UX.
• AI proficient: integrating LLMs/AI tools into production apps or advanced AI‑assistant workflows that boost development speed.
• Metrics-first mindset: proven track record of shipping features that drive business KPIs.
• Experience of product ownership from spec through shipping and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end product development from problem to spec, build, ship, and measure outcomes.
• Direct line to product decisions; collaborate with product without intermediaries.
• Manage a team of agents (Claude or future) and define rules for quality output.
• Own production health metrics: bug counts, incidents, test coverage, and long-term codebase health.
• Set speed targets (lead time, throughput, agent cycles) and baseline improvements by milestone.
• Know when to say no and use experiments to validate feature impact.
