Qualifications

• A valid New York State Professional Engineer license and six years of full-time experience in chemical, civil, electrical, environmental, or mechanical engineering, with at least two years in an executive, managerial, or administrative capacity.
• Experience leading procurement, budgeting, and program-management initiatives in large public-sector engineering settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of all BWT contracts and services, including JOC and TOCs, ensuring alignment with operational needs and capital plans.
• Manage the $390M annual expense budget and develop funding request justifications for Budget Plan submissions.
• Coordinate BEDC and NYPA programs to ensure multi-million dollar delivery projects meet requirements.
• Track contract utilization and performance for JOC/TOC programs and close gaps in service.
