Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field and 1 year of project management supervisory experience.
• High school diploma with 5 years of project management-related experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• One year of supervisory experience or project management on large/complex projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement design, specification prep and construction supervision of capital projects.
• Maintain a data information system on project planning and development.
• Establish project time and cost schedules and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate meetings between department personnel, contractors, and outside agencies.
• Review contractor schedules and monitor performance; resolve problems.
