The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on coaching and customer-focused execution. The ideal candidate brings strong pre-sales leadership experience, excellent presentation skills, and a track record of enabling deals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pre-sales experience with strong commercial skills.
• 3+ years of management experience, ideally in pre-sales.
• Results oriented with a track record of overachievement.
• Driven with a strong desire to be successful.
• Focused with time/resource management and qualification of opportunities.
• Intelligent with quick learning and credibility.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Database industry background is a plus.
• Software development background is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and develop top pre-sales talent across multiple countries.
• Partner with sales teams to drive success in mid-to-large enterprises.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to achieve customer happiness and with Marketing on events.
• Foster strong relationships with customers for growth opportunities.
• Coach the team to meet and exceed bookings targets.
