Job summary

PMA is seeking a Senior Scheduler to act as a technical authority on large projects and programs. You will develop advanced schedule strategies, enforce standards, and advise stakeholders.

Deep CPM and Primavera P6 expertise is required along with leadership in schedule forensics and client communications. You will build high-level schedules, break them down for work packages, provide monthly updates, and prepare executive-level dashboards highlighting critical paths and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive scheduling/project controls experience.
• Recognized expertise in CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, and schedule forensics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex project schedules independently using Primavera P6.
• Lead schedule development for large capital programs or multi-project portfolios.
• Oversee integration of contract requirements and deliverables into baseline schedules.
• Facilitate interactive planning sessions with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish schedule standards, SOPs, and governance models for broader team adoption.
