Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Project Executive to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO standards, governance, and delivery methodologies. You will partner with PMO, Operations, and AI Automation teams to elevate delivery practices and reporting.

You will create tools, templates, training programs, onboarding materials, and scalable collateral, ensuring consistent execution across client implementations and organizational maturity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
PMP certification required.
10+ years of experience in PMO leadership, governance, or related roles.
Experience developing enterprise PMO standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Create, implement, and maintain enterprise PMO standards, methodologies, policies, and governance processes.
Develop training plans and client-ready materials for PMO adoption.
Partner with PMO, Operations, and AI Automation to improve delivery and reporting.
Establish structured onboarding and knowledge management for PMO team members.
