Job summary

AB Energy USA LLC is seeking a Project Planner to lead the development and continuous optimization of the Integrated Master Plan across a multi-project portfolio. You will partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure schedules are complete, accurate, and aligned with execution priorities.

The role emphasizes proactive risk identification, schedule recovery planning, and close collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Testing, Logistics, and Site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling or project controls.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of critical path analysis, dependencies, resource planning and schedule management.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update the Integrated Master Plan across the project portfolio using MS Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools.
• Collect, review and consolidate project schedule inputs from Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project phases, milestones, dependencies and constraints are reflected in schedules.
• Conduct planning reviews to identify missing activities and risks.
• Develop schedule logic, critical path analyses and resource-loaded schedules.
