Job summary

NOOTER seeks a Director of Scheduling to provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide scheduling across industrial, manufacturing, technology, and capital projects. You will drive scheduling excellence, forecast project performance, and mentor a high-performing team in CPM-based methods.

The role oversees governance standards, portfolio reporting, and resource planning while aligning with executive leadership to ensure on-time delivery and predictable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• 5+ years of experience leading schedulers or project controls professionals.
• Experience managing schedules for complex industrial/construction projects.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling principles and project lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's scheduling function across industrial, manufacturing, technology, and capital projects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, Engineering, Estimating, Construction, and Project Controls leaders to set priorities.
• Provide executive schedule analysis, forecasting, and portfolio reporting.
• Mentor scheduling professionals and establish governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve schedule reliability and project delivery.
