Job summary

Bally's Chicago Operating Co LLC is seeking a dynamic Player Development leader to oversee casino host engagement, loyalty programs, and guest relations in Chicago, IL. You will supervise Casino Hosts and Executive Casino Hosts, coach staff, align strategies with Bally's service standards, and drive player club growth and revenue across the property.

The role requires exceptional communication, public relations, and problem-solving skills; a strong track record in casino marketing or operations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three years of prior experience in casino marketing or five years of experience in casino operations required.
Minimum of three years of experience working with player-tracking systems required.
Previous supervisory, leadership, or team development experience preferred.
High-level public relations and customer service skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
