Job summary

Bally’s in Chicago is seeking a on-site Marketing - Player Development professional to foster an entertaining guest experience and build long-lasting guest relations. You will promote a customer-centric culture and ensure adherence to regulatory and company goals across all activities.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, knowledge of table games and slots, and strong communication skills to manage guest services and event planning. 21+ and BSA/IBRB compliance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Weekend, weeknights and holidays work availability.
• Working knowledge of table games and slot machines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High-level public relations and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable with casino computer systems.
• Must know and comply with Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act and Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
• Attract, develop, and retain new player patronage through personalized service
• Assist in the development of programs to increase player worth while staying with established comping guidelines
• Greet and host customers, maintaining a high standard of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude
• Assist customers in following procedures to obtain complimentary privileges
• Assist in planning and executing special events and programs to stimulate revenue growth, improve operational costs, and enhance customer service levels
• Arrange special events for quality customers, including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, accommodations, and tickets to sporting events
• Observe all employees in their contact with guests and work with management to improve friendliness and courtesy
• Assist with phone solicitation
• Perform other duties as assigned
