Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three years of prior experience in casino marketing or five years of experience in casino operations required.
Minimum of three years of experience working with player-tracking systems required.
Previous supervisory, leadership, or team development experience preferred.
High-level public relations and customer service skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of table games and slot machines required.
Ability to effectively coach, motivate, and develop team members.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, based on business needs.
