Job summary

Bally’s Chicago is seeking a dynamic Leader for Marketing - Player Development to drive guest loyalty and casino revenue through strategic host management and events.

You will supervise Casino Hosts and Senior Hosts, develop and mentor the Player Development team, and collaborate with multiple casino departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in casino marketing or five years in casino operations.
• Experience with player-tracking systems.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster Bally's Born to Entertain atmosphere with fun and entertaining guest experiences.
• Promote Bally’s customer-centric culture through superior guest service and long-lasting guest relationships.
• Establish and enforce policies in line with regulatory requirements and company initiatives.
• Provide direct supervision and leadership to Casino Hosts and Executive Casino Hosts, including coaching and performance management.
• Select, train, and mentor Player Development team members with education and feedback.
• Set expectations for Hosts and monitor performance to align with Player Development goals.
• Oversee the execution of Player Development initiatives and strategies.
• Develop strategies to increase player club membership, guest loyalty, and casino revenue.
• Support Slot and Table Games marketing initiatives and events.
• Oversee host engagement with players for relationship development and revenue opportunities.
• Address guest problems to exceed expectations and resolve issues.
• Attend special casino events and provide leadership support for Player Development activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support Player Development and property initiatives.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture by providing superior guest service and building long-lasting guest relationships.
• Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals.
• Provide direct supervision and leadership to Casino Hosts and Executive Casino Hosts, including coaching, development, performance management, and day-to-day operational guidance.
• Select, train, develop, and mentor Player Development team members through education, coaching, ongoing feedback, and corrective action when appropriate.
• Set clear expectations for Casino Hosts and Executive Casino Hosts and monitor performance to ensure alignment with Player Development objectives and Bally’s service standards.
• Oversee the overall execution of Player Development initiatives and strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase player club membership, guest loyalty, and casino revenue.
• Support Slot and Table Games marketing initiatives.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement player special events.
• Oversee host engagement with players to support relationship development, retention, and revenue-driving opportunities.
• Ensure all guest problems and concerns are addressed appropriately, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations and achieving effective resolutions.
• Attend special events presented by the casino and provide leadership support for Player Development activities.
• Collaborate with other casino departments to support Player Development and overall property initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

• Work is performed in a fast-paced casino environment with frequent exposure to bright lights, varying noise levels, and large crowds.
• Regular interaction with guests, team members, and leadership throughout the casino and property.
• Must be able to work effectively in high-volume and occasionally stressful situations while maintaining a professional and guest-focused approach.
• May require working varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk, and hear.
• Frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to sit, stoop, bend, or crouch.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Preferred

Minimum of three years of prior experience in casino marketing or five years of experience in casino operations required.

Minimum of three years of experience working with player-tracking systems required.

Previous supervisory, leadership, or team development experience preferred.

High-level public relations and customer service skills required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of table games and slot machines required.

Ability to effectively coach, motivate, and develop team members.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, based on business needs.
