Bally's Corporation in Chicago is seeking a Senior Player Development leader to supervise Casino Hosts and Executives, drive player loyalty, and collaborate with marketing to create events and promotions. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, staff development, and adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Experience in casino operations, strong communication, and the ability to coach teams for performance are essential. Flexible scheduling and a focus on revenue growth are expected.

Competenze

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in casino marketing or five years in casino operations.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with player-tracking systems.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred; strong public relations skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of table games and slot machines; ability to coach and develop staff.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and events.
