Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in marketing leadership within casino, hospitality, or high-value guest environments.
• Ability to obtain Illinois gaming license or regulatory clearance.
• Proven track record with multi-channel campaigns and guest engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead casino marketing strategy and execution focused on player growth, retention, and revenue.
• Oversee database growth, segmentation, and targeted promotions and communications.
• Plan and run promotions, tournaments, giveaways, and events to drive traffic.
• Direct mail, digital, email, print, and web campaigns promoting gaming and experiences.
• Manage VIP and high-value player programs with personalized marketing.
• Oversee sales-related marketing strategies for hotels, events, and groups.
• Analyze player behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with gaming, operations, hospitality, and entertainment teams for integrated guest experiences.
