Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead the paid media and SEO practice. This leadership role oversees the PPC and SEO strategists, defines channel strategy, and owns budget decisions as client accounts scale.

You will partner with recruiters and the founder to set quality standards, ensure honest reporting, and guide hiring for the department. This is a remote role for US/Canada/South Africa with strong client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Experience owning channel strategy and client-facing ownership.
• Agency experience carrying many accounts at once.

Responsabilités

• Own PPC and SEO channel strategy and budget allocation.
• Set quality bars and audits for the department.
• Ensure client results and honest reporting.
• Lead escalation when accounts are at risk.
• Participate in hiring and first-round interviews.
