Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our PPC and SEO efforts. You will shape channel strategy, supervise the PPC and SEO strategists, and own budget decisions as accounts scale.

You will not run campaigns directly; your strength is setting standards, guiding audits, and ensuring honest reporting while maintaining client relationships across multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a management seat, not a senior individual contributor role.

Qualificações

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Experience leading strategists who own execution.
• Comfortable with client-facing ownership when accounts underperform.
• Agency experience carrying many accounts simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Set channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Define quality standards, audits, and reporting for the department.
• Oversee client results and ensure honest reporting across channels.
• Lead hiring and first-round interviews for the team within ~quarter.
