Trustpilot, Inc. is seeking a Head of Partnering to act as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team, driving the people strategy to connect workforce priorities with global business goals.

The role emphasizes autonomy, advisory influence, and leadership development across executive teams. You will lead organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives while partnering with CoEs and ER/Policy to localise global programmes.

Qualifications

• Trusted advisor to C-suite/ELT leaders translating business goals into people priorities.
• Expertise in architecting complex organisational designs and leading large-scale change.
• Proven ability to partner with People CoEs and ER/Policy teams to localise initiatives.
• Experience connecting AI-enabled productivity with human-centric culture.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to Executive Leadership Team members embedded into their leadership teams.
• Lead the translation of business strategy into people priorities that drive growth and performance.
• Coach and advise on organisational decisions, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness to drive business growth.
• Shape talent and leadership development strategies in collaboration with Centres of Expertise.
• Identify high-potential talent and contribute to succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives that align with global strategy and business needs.
