Job summary

The Trade Desk invites a Director, People Advisory Partners to partner with Product and Technology leaders, shaping teams, capabilities, and capacity across the organization. You will coach leaders, influence organizational design, and guide talent decisions that align with business priorities at scale.

You will lead a hands-on partnership with a direct report, coordinating with the People Team to translate enterprise programs into practical guidance for managers globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including partnership with technical teams.
• Experience managing and developing HR talent and partnering with senior leaders.
• Strong judgment in organizational design, talent planning, and performance management.
• Experience supporting teams through organizational change and competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda for your supported product/tech groups, aligning with senior leaders.
• Advise leaders on talent, performance, structure, and capacity with clear recommendations.
• Coach managers to set expectations, provide feedback, and support career growth.
• Partner with Talent and Total Rewards on development, compensation, and promotions.
• Collaborate with regional PAPs to deliver consistent guidance and data-driven insights.
