Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a seasoned People Advisory Partner Leader to partner with Product and Technology executives. You will drive talent strategy, organizational design, and capacity planning, coaching senior leaders and building capability across the team.

As a hands‑on role, you will mentor a direct report and collaborate with the broader People Team to translate business priorities into people actions while navigating complex employment matters and cross‑regional needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with tech teams.
• Experience partnering with senior Product and Engineering leaders.
• Strong judgment in organizational design, talent planning, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment practices across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience collaborating across regions in a global organization.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda for your supported business groups in alignment with senior leaders.
• Advise on talent, performance, organizational structure, and capacity.
• Coach managers to set expectations and develop careers.
• Partner with Talent and Total Rewards on development, compensation, and promotions.
• Support organizational change with clear planning and effective implementation.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver coordinated People support.
