Job summary

Fullsteam is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with business leaders across the US and Canada, translating strategy into practical people solutions. You will shape organizational design, workforce planning, and talent decisions while guiding performance and employee relations.

You will coach executives, lead investigations, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, HRIS, and Legal to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience focusing on business partnership and employee relations.
• Experience supporting US and Canada contexts preferred.
• Canadian employment practices knowledge preferred.
• HR certification preferred (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP, CHRL).

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on talent, organizational structure, and people issues.
• Partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Lead investigations and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR functions to implement solutions.
