Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a seasoned Director of People Advisory Partners to partner with our Product and Technology leaders. You will guide talent decisions, shape organization design, and drive capability development across teams worldwide.

You will coach leaders, manage staffing and succession, and collaborate with Legal and Total Rewards to align people strategy with business priorities. This is a global, high-impact role with broad scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial partnership with Product, Engineering, or other technical organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing HR talent.
• Strong judgment in organizational design, talent planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience supporting teams through organizational change and competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda for your supported business groups, aligning priorities with business leaders and the Senior Director.
• Advise leaders on talent, performance, organizational structure, and capacity while coaching and developing a People Advisory Partner.
• Coach managers to set expectations, provide feedback, and support career development.
• Partner with Talent and Total Rewards on development, succession, compensation, and promotions decisions.
• Ensure coordinated support across People Solutions, Talent, Total Rewards, and Employment Legal.
