Job summary

ShopMy seeks a Senior Manager, People Operations to build the data backbone and systems powering our People function as we scale. You’ll own HR data, analytics, and the service model, enabling faster, better-informed decisions across teams.

You’ll report to the VP, People Experience & Operations, partnering with core People team members. This is a build role with potential for growth, including managing a direct report over time, and you’ll help connect People with Finance, Legal and IT to scale

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive HR operations experience, ownership of HRIS and people data function
• Hands-on in building or re-architecting people systems and processes
• Strong people analytics: dashboards, storytelling with data
• Experience designing a service-delivery model (ticketing, SLAs, knowledge base) for internal teams

Responsibilities

• Own and up-level the people data strategy, managing HRIS integrity, structure, and security
• Build and run analytics reporting cadence with dashboards for leaders to act on
• Design a scalable service model with SLAs and self-service resources
• Own HR tech stack roadmap, integrations across HRIS/payroll/benefits/ATS
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness for people data and processes
• Bridge People with Finance, Legal, IT and drive cross-functional collaboration
