Job summary

High Scale seeks a strategic Head of HR to drive scalable people systems and high-performance culture. You will partner with executives to align HR infrastructure with rapid growth, develop leadership and performance frameworks, and optimize recruitment and employee engagement across the organization.

You will lead HRIS/ATS implementations and build data-driven programs that improve retention and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in high-growth or professional services environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Hands-on with KPI frameworks and HR workflow processes.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable HR infrastructure across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop KPI-based performance management and leadership development programs.
• Lead talent acquisition strategy and improve candidate experience.
• Drive data-driven HR decisions with dashboards and analytics.
• Coach managers on effective leadership and employee development.
