Patra Corporation is seeking a Sr. Director, People Enablement to lead global Learning and Development and the North America HRBP teams.

Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, this leader will ensure talent, leadership capability, and scalable people practices to support Patra's AI-enabled operating model. The role focuses on enterprise capability building across core, functional, and leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and coaching, with an emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years of progressive HR/People Development with 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience scaling a business partner team and partnering with C-suite.
• Strong data analytics to drive organizational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Talent Enablement and North America HRBP teams.
• Set and advance HR and learning strategies aligned to Patra's strategy and culture.
• Advise CEO and Executive Team on organizational capability and leadership effectiveness.
• Champion AI-first learning tools and platforms across the Talent organization.
• Oversee eLearning portfolio, curriculum architecture, and vendor relationships.
• Establish scalable learning governance with KPIs and ROI.
