Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Learning & Development, People Operations, or related HR field.
• Proven track record redesigning or scaling performance management processes.
• Experience deploying ad hoc learning solutions in fast-paced or scaling environments.
• Strong workshop facilitation, executive coaching, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale leadership enablement programs for managers and leaders.
• Design onboarding pathways for new people leaders; cover management skills and compliance.
• Drive the PAR process; ensure alignment with goals and equity in evaluation.
• Partner with leaders to identify and deploy targeted learning interventions and career development planning.
