Job summary
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Global People Development Specialist to design enterprise talent strategies and capability frameworks that empower employees worldwide to grow. Reporting to the People Development leadership team, you will lead modernization of our talent ecosystem, integrating performance, succession, career pathing, and responsible AI.
You will partner with Global People teams and business leaders to deliver high-impact talent solutions, drive change management, and enable PBPs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or organizational development.
- 4+ years of HR experience with talent, performance, or organizational development.
- Experience leading cross-functional HR projects and change initiatives.
- Foundational knowledge of HRIS and core HR technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise talent strategies and capability frameworks.
- Scale global talent management processes and career pathways.
- Architect large-scale change management initiatives to evolve talent practices.
- Equip PBPs and PXP partners with playbooks and diagnostics.
- Champion responsible AI and HR technology for predictive insights.
