You will shape product-market fit, forecast performance, and drive adoption across Paze; this role requires senior leadership, deep payments expertise, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years in progressive partner-management roles, 8+ years in financial services/payments.
• Experience managing complex strategic accounts.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leadership.
• Strategic selling and influencing skills.
• Proven leadership and talent development.
• Executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with both quantitative and qualitative evaluation.
• Self-starter capable in a dynamic new venture.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develops trusted relationships with executives across Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover.
• Leads a strategic accounts team with talent development and scalable operating model.
• Owns strategy, health and growth of payment network accounts.
• Defines and manages strategic account plans with clear priorities.
• Drives KPIs; manages partner scorecards and program trends.
• Brings payment network and market perspectives into Paze product strategy.
• Supports financial analysis, long-range forecasting, and analytics.
• Advances business development by pursuing opportunities that drive adoption.
• Monitors competitive activity and prioritizes investments.
• Supports risk management and data confidentiality.
