Early Warning’s Paze team seeks a Senior Strategic Partnerships Director - Networks to own strategy and executive relationships with major networks. You will drive growth across Visa, Mastercard, AmEx and Discover, building a high-performing accounts team and aligning cross-functional priorities.

You’ll lead strategic initiatives, shape product-market fit, and analyze performance to guide decisions. Requires extensive payments domain experience and strong leadership across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years in progressive partner-management roles in financial services.
• 8+ years of experience working on payments products.
• Experience managing complex strategic accounts with many decision-makers.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains executive relationships with Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover.
• Builds and leads a strategic accounts team with clear priorities and scalable operating model.
• Owns strategy, health and growth of payment network accounts; coordinates with cross-functional teams.
• Defines account plans with annual, quarterly, monthly priorities and secures alignment.
• Drives KPIs, manages partner scorecards, and analyzes program trends for recommendations.
• Brings market perspectives to shape product-market fit and product strategy.
• Supports financial analysis, long-range forecasting, and related analytics.
• Advances business development by pursuing new opportunities with partners.
