Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years in progressive partner-management roles.
• 8+ years in financial services products, including payments.
• Experience managing complex strategic accounts with multiple decision makers.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leadership.
• Consultative, strategic selling skills with strong influencing abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership: recruit, mentor, and motivate teams.
• Executive communication: run impactful meetings and present effectively.
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative and qualitative assessment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with executives across Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover.
• Build and lead a strategic accounts team with scalable operating model.
• Own strategy, health and growth of payment network accounts.
• Define and manage strategic account plans with cross-functional alignment.
• Drive KPIs; manage partner scorecards and best practices.
• Contribute to product-market fit and product strategy across Paze.
• Support financial analysis, long-range forecasting, and analytics for partnerships.
• Identify and advance business development opportunities for growth.
• Monitor competitive activity and prioritize Paze investments.
• Ensure risk management and data protection.
