BBSS Beyond Blue is seeking a Patient Access Manager to oversee all registration operations across departments, ensuring accuracy and patient experience in the United States. The role includes leadership in scheduling and insurance verification, with adherence to regulatory standards.

You will drive process improvements, staff development, and performance management, collaborating with clinical teams and revenue cycle to meet departmental goals and support the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–5 years related experience in patient access/revenue cycle.
• Experience in staff development and training preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee patient registration across departments to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Manage supervisors and staff, providing direction and mentorship.
• Set and monitor departmental goals and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Resolve complex registration and financial clearance issues and escalations.
