Anthropic Limited is seeking a Partner Specializations Lead to own the Claude Partner Network program end-to-end. You will define requirements, review evidence, and determine qualification decisions across partner firms, ensuring consistency and credibility while coordinating with partner managers, operations, enablement, marketing, and industry teams.

You will guide the program’s evolution, write partner-facing materials, and work with senior leaders to align with Anthropic's mission to build

Qualifikationen

• Excellent writing and communication skills with external stakeholders.
• Experience running external-facing programs, with full evaluation or renewal cycles.
• Ability to coordinate across ops, marketing, enablement, and field teams.
• Familiarity with CRM/PRM data and Salesforce reporting.

• Make qualification decisions consistently across diverse partner sizes.

• Coordinate delivery of program benefits across marketing, enablement, and field teams.
• Build scalable review processes using Claude and automation.
• Create partner-facing guidance and internal guidance for field teams.
