Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Director of Operations in Columbus to lead onsite Account Managers, drive client satisfaction, and optimize security operations across multiple locations. You will foster a high-performance team and leverage data-driven insights to improve metrics and service delivery.

In this role, you will align with iCARE Leadership, manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliance with policies while focusing on employee engagement and an exceptional workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or related field with 3 years of management experience or equivalent.
• Associate's degree with 5 years of experience in management.
• High School diploma with 7 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Account Managers to drive coaching, accountability, and succession planning.
• Build and maintain client relationships and implement corrective action for improvements.
• Oversee service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with policies.
• Analyze metrics using the BI platform to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and implement training and response plans.
• Promote safety culture with action plans to prevent injuries.
