Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience.
• Ability to lead multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Onsite work at Costa Mesa HQ with 25% travel and active TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day operations for the Space Business line.
• Define and synthesize the growth strategy in partnership with Space Leadership.
• Support growth, execution, and engineering with operational support.
• Lead strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Solve problems to maximize efficiency and scale the Business Line.
• Own the Business Line Profit/Loss and burn rate with finance.
• Build senior leadership engagement and external interface strategy.
• Negotiate and execute partnerships across industry.
• Support merger and acquisition activity – targets and diligence.
