Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking, private equity, or consulting with added hyper-growth ops experience.
• Strong quantitative skills with forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Proven track record owning complex, ambiguous initiatives with measurable impact.
• Excellent executive communication—distilling analyses for senior stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset with bias toward action and project delivery.
• Comfort operating independently in ambiguity and making sound judgments.
• Experience in growth strategy, revenue operations, or strategic planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own ad-hoc strategic projects from C-suite impacting top-line growth.
• Run strategic sprints tying ACV forecast to long-term plans and capacity.
• Lead scenario planning of growth trajectories and leadership decisions.
• Build forecasting models and analytical tools for growth leadership.
• Translate analyses into clear, actionable executive recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Business Development, Finance, and Operations to align priorities.
• Present findings and facilitate strategic discussions with senior leadership.
