Experience owning headcount planning and workforce modeling at scale.
Experience with multi-site facilities operations and space planning.
Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented with strong ownership.
Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives to establish scalable operations for the Air Defense business line.
Own staffing infrastructure, recruiting coordination, demand forecasting, and governance.
Manage facilities strategy across 5+ US sites with expanding international footprint.
Define and evolve Confluence information architecture for Air Defense.
End-to-end ownership of projects from Definition to Implementation.
