Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of business operations and infrastructure across teams to support execution.
• Serve as GM's chief strategist balancing resources and risk toward growth targets.
• Translate growth signals into staffing, real estate, test ranges, and production needs; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Govern the business line from reviews to planning and onboarding, shaping information pathways.
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve org structure and set hiring and execution standards.
• Lead special projects, improve processes, stand up new functions, and drive M&A as needed.
