Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Head of Operations to support the Ghost and Precision Engagement Systems business lines, based in Costa Mesa, CA. This role owns business operations and infrastructure, partnering with engineering, production, and sales to scale efficiently.

You will act as the General Manager’s chief strategist, balancing resources and risk while monitoring financials to guide profitability targets. The position emphasizes hiring standards and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in an operating role at a high-growth tech company, startup, or finance/consulting.
• Proven ability to solve complex cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
• High ownership with low ego and strong outcome orientation.
• Detail oriented and data-driven with rapid learning ability.
• Tactical mindset and comfort with operational detail.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of business operations and infrastructure for growth teams.
• Serve as GM’s chief strategist to balance resources and execution risk against growth plans.
• Translate growth signals into demand across staffing, real estate, test ranges, and production.
• Govern the business line via reviews, planning, onboarding, and information flow.
• Collaborate with division leadership on org structure, hiring, and standards.
• Lead special projects, stand up new functions, and drive M&A efforts as needed.
