Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company expanding retirement benefits for small and medium-sized businesses. We’re seeking a Retirement Sales Activation Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on conversion performance, customer experience, and accelerating plan launches in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and measure a team, optimize conversion workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to hit aggressive targets while maintaining an energetic, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a people leadership role in SaaS or Financial Services.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of 401(k) plan design or ability to learn quickly.
• Data-driven with forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to exceed monthly quotas.
• Drive high-volume plan launches each month.
• Own conversion pipelines and reduce pre-launch churn.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PM, CS and leadership.
• Forecast targets and analyze pipeline health.
