Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a proactive Onboarding Specialist to launch 401(k) plans for new clients—from local plumbers to nationwide firms. You will drive activation targets, guide customers through plan choices, and collaborate with Sales and Account Management to keep implementations on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer implementation or sales experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of retirement plan design, particularly 401(k) plans.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate extensively with customers to identify needs and set up 401(k) plans.
• Educate and guide new customers about plan options to help employees save for retirement.
• Meet monthly activation targets by managing client pipelines and timelines.
• Follow onboarding workflows to increase velocity and remove bottlenecks.
• Partner with sales and account management to resolve escalations and improve activation.
• Identify areas for process improvement to help the team scale.
