Cuttable is building a dedicated Implementation function in San Francisco to drive fast activation for new US customers. This hands-on role leads onboarding from kickoff through the first live ads, using a structured playbook to hit activation targets quickly.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Onboarding, or Account Management within B2B SaaS.
• Ability to run a structured onboarding process end-to-end and read usage data.
• Comfort with AI tools and a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Own the activation outcome for new US customers from kickoff to first ads live.
• Run a day-by-day onboarding playbook to reach activation targets (e.g., 20 ads in 14 days).
• Ensure clean handoffs to Account Executives or Managers with proper context.
• Build and improve a repeatable onboarding process and playbook.
