Job summary

Human Interest seeks a Retirement Sales Activation Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for driving conversion velocity and customer satisfaction across the plan launch process.

In a fast-growth fintech environment, you will coach staff, optimize pipelines, forecast targets, and collaborate with Sales, Program Management, Customer Success, and leadership to remove bottlenecks and exceed monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of total professional experience with 2+ years in people leadership in SaaS/retirement/financial services.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying roles.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plan design or willingness to learn.
• Data-driven with pipeline, forecasting, and coaching expertise.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of sales activation specialists to exceed quotas.
• Develop strategies to drive high volume of plan launches.
• Own team performance by inspecting conversion pipelines and churn.
• Monitor and optimize conversion workflows for velocity.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve escalations and improve conversion experience.
• Forecast conversion targets and contribute to capacity planning.
• Promote accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
