You will own the end-to-end recruiting coordination, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to design scalable systems and thoughtful processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex calendars.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience from scheduling through offers and onboarding coordination.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across executives, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Create memorable onsite interview experiences, from greeting candidates to interview room readiness.
• Build scalable recruiting systems, documenting workflows and improving scheduling processes.
• Leverage AI tools to eliminate repetitive work and improve communication with candidates and recruiters.
• Continuously improve recruiting operations and workflows across the team.
