Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Head of Store Operations in New York City to lead five bakery and café locations, driving operational excellence, guest experiences, and financial performance across a high-volume hospitality group. You will mentor Store Managers, shape store strategy, and ensure consistency in quality and service while traveling between sites and occasionally working weekends.

This leadership role offers strategic influence with hands-on involvement, a base salary in the 115k–125k

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years in progressive hospitality or retail foodservice operations.
• Experience in multi-unit leadership.
• Background in specialty coffee operations.
• P&L oversight, budgeting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Knowledge of NYC hospitality operations and regulatory standards.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations and performance of five NYC locations.
• Lead and mentor Store Managers and drive results.
• Conduct regular store visits to lead and identify improvements.
• Manage store-level financials including sales, labor, inventory, expenses.
• Support training to enhance barista skills and hospitality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety, labor laws, and policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive guest satisfaction and growth.
