Qualifications

• High School education completed.
• At least 3 years of experience as Bakeshop Manager in Quick-Service/Fast Food.
• Full knowledge of P&L and store financials, plus quality standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
