Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in progressive hospitality or retail foodservice operations, including multi-unit leadership.
• Strong background in specialty coffee operations within premium café or high-volume coffee concepts.
• Proven experience managing multiple café, bakery, or fast-casual locations.
• Expertise in financial management including P&L oversight, budgeting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Thorough knowledge of NYC hospitality operations, food safety, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, visible leadership style with flexibility to travel between locations and work occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of five NYC bakery and café locations, ensuring consistency in quality and service.
• Lead and mentor Store Managers, holding them accountable for operational and financial results.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide hands-on leadership and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage store-level financials including sales, labor, inventory, and expense control.
• Support training programs that enhance barista skills, beverage quality, and hospitality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety, labor laws, and operational policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategies that drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and team engagement.
