Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape multi-cloud strategy across Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Microsoft Azure for Health100 and PCW. You will lead architecture, platform engineering, automation, and production readiness at enterprise scale.

This role partners with DevOps, Production SRE, Cybersecurity, Identity, Data, and Enterprise Architecture to drive modernization, cost efficiency, and secure, observable platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.
• 5+ years in technology leadership or architecture.
• 7+ years with GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-cloud platform strategy and roadmaps across Health100 and PCW.
• Lead architecture, engineering, and lifecycle across GCP, AWS, Azure.
• Drive production readiness, observability, security, and cost discipline.
• Partner with DevOps, SRE, security, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Establish governance, standards, and scalable delivery practices.
