U.S. Bank is seeking a Head of Branch channel to drive merchant referrals and activations across Branches within CBB, leading a sizable sales team and shaping the strategy and operating model for lead flow and conversion.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Product and Card to design initiatives, leverage digital tools, andDirect and coordinate budgets while serving on the CBB Merchant Revenue Leadership team.

Formación

• 10+ years of business development experience with increasing responsibility; financial industry preferred.
• 7+ years of management/leadership experience, ideally leading other leaders.
• Excellent knowledge of sales pipeline management tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills.
• Solid understanding of industry footprint and stakeholder management, plus executive presentation experience.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic plans for prospecting, recruitment and activation of small business clients with relationships to U.S. Bank Branches.
• Drive education and awareness of merchant products with Bankers and design initiatives to create momentum for the product.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize Branch footprint for awareness and prospecting.
• Partner with CBB, Product and Card to design and launch deepening initiatives.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the CBB merchant sales team with appropriate incentives and goals.
• Manage requests to Elavon product to stay competitive and articulate clear market value propositions.
• Own the roadmap for digital sales tools to improve conversion in the Virtual Payment Team.
• Plan, direct and coordinate budgets aligned with organizational goals.
• Contribute to strategy development as a member of the CBB Merchant Revenue Leadership team.
