U.S. Bank seeks a seasoned leader to head the Branch channel, directing merchant referrals and activations across Branches in the CBB unit. You will strategize and operate to boost lead flow and conversion, partnering with field teams across virtual and in-branch sales roles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of well-rounded business development experience; financial industry preferred; global experience preferred.
• 7+ years of management/leadership experience, ideally as a leader of leaders.
• Excellent knowledge of tools and methodologies of sales pipeline management and prospecting.
• Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and the footprint within which the business operates.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, alongside experience with executive presentation.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for the prospecting, recruitment and activation of small business clients who have relationships with U.S. Bank Branches.
• Drive education and awareness of merchant products with Bankers, designing initiatives to create momentum for our product
• Work with Marketing to maximize Branch footprint for awareness and prospecting.
• Build relationships with CBB, Product and Card to jointly design and launch deepening initiatives.
• Build a culture of high performance in the CBB merchant sales team, designing the right incentives and goals to enable sellers to be successful.
• Manage the pipeline of requests to Elavon product that help the team remain competitive, developing clear value propositions in market.
• Own the roadmap for digital sales tools to make our conversion more effective in the Virtual Payment Team.
• Plan, direct and coordinate budgets in accordance with organizational goals.
• Serve as a member of the CBB Merchant Revenue Leadership team, contributing to strategy development and to the management of the unit.
